Replacements on our products are conditional due to hygiene reasons as most of the products are innerwear. Replacements are only approved for products with defects. Please note that we do not accept replacements for issues in size.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Replacements are approved if and only if the issue is genuine.
To start a replacement, you can contact us at care@essdeeshop.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted. We do not provide refunds for any of your orders. The company’s decision on your eligibility for replacement is final and binding.
